A MESSAGE FROM OUR prESIDENT
Welcome to the web page for Sigma Nu at UC: Santa Barbara.
I was first drawn to Sigma Nu because of its inclusivity. I found that it was not made up of one type of member, but a diverse group of members with different backgrounds and interests. I knew I would be able to focus on the aspects of my life that really mattered to me, while at the same time be exposed to new experiences and constantly be pushed out of my comfort zone. Despite these differences, we share an ambition for self-improvement that is the core strength of our chapter.
Here at Sigma Nu Kappa Eta chapter we have two main goals: that every member gets as much as they can out of their college experience, and that they leave a better man than when they joined. The best way to accomplish your goals is to surround yourself with like-minded, energetic people. Our members have the energy and enthusiasm to fervently pursue their interests, whether it be academics, socializing, or giving back to the community; and throughout their time here they develop connections that will last a lifetime.
