A MESSAGE FROM OUR prESIDENT

As one of the oldest and largest fraternities in North America with over 300,000 initiated brothers, Sigma Chi has made it a mission to create transformational leaders, serve countless communities, and foster lifelong brotherhood. The UCSB Chapter of Sigma Chi puts special emphasis on not only maximizing the college experience, but on giving brothers the support and resources they need to become leaders ready to change the world. Along with a worldwide network of alumni in every profession imaginable, the Sigma Chi Fraternity offers leadership training for undergraduates in the form of an all-expenses paid retreat to Utah called Horizons, among other life-changing experiences.

Apart from giving me some of the most fun times of my life, Sigma Chi has given me the privilege to call some pretty amazing people my brothers. Whether we’re hitting the lib to maintain our stellar chapter GPA, tirelessly sharpening our volleyball skills in our sandpit, or raising $20,000+ for cancer research during our Derby Days philanthropy week, there’s no such thing as a dull moment for a Sigma Chi. While men of all backgrounds, convictions, and temperaments gain entrance into Sigma Chi, we are all united by the pursuit of excellence in all areas of our lives. Especially in times as unpredictable and difficult as the ones we currently find ourselves in, being able to rely on such a tight-knit brotherhood is an invaluable asset that I couldn't be more grateful for. Make the best decision of your life and RUSH SIGMA CHI!
